Accounts
ChatGPT handles sign-in. The provided site-specific user ID, email, and available name create your library and associate access and download records.
Payments
Stripe handles card and payment details. We store order amounts, statuses, membership periods, and payment object IDs. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
Storage and access
Cloudflare D1 stores structured records; uploaded packages are private R2 objects. The server checks identity and download entitlements. Account records are separated by user.
Necessary cookies
A language cookie remembers English or Chinese. The sign-in service uses necessary session cookies. This version includes no advertising trackers.
Retention and requests
Necessary records may be retained for service, accounting, disputes, and applicable requirements. Use the published support email for access, correction, or deletion requests. Some necessary transaction records may need to be retained.
